In a recent press release WPP has an active MOU to buy 90% of the BioShares Corp stock. The primary reason for the acquisition will be to allow for the conversion of shares to crypto and crypto to shares (pending SEC approval and acquisition of BioShares) however it appears that there is a good chance of this taking place.
